What is your PAYMENT POLICY?
I prefer PAY PAL online payments, which must be received in my account within 3 days of your purchase. I will also accept cashier's checks, money orders or personal checks by mail, which must be received within 7 days after your purchase; your item will not be shipped until the check has cleared the bank. You will receive mailing instructions if paying by means other than Paypal. If payment is not received within these timeframes, I will be free to sell the artwork to another buyer.
 
Do I get a special deal if I spend a certain amount?

What is your RETURN POLICY?
For 30 years we've built our family art business on HAPPY CUSTOMERS by providing a top-quality product and top-quality service, so customer satisfaction is our primary goal. Your purchase is 100% guaranteed or your money is gladly refunded or credited toward another purchase, minus shipping/handling costs. If you received one of our Fantastic Deals that included Free shipping as outlined on our FAQ Page, you are responsible for all return costs via UPS 3-Day Select.
 
If you decide to return your purchase, I require that the purchase(s) must be shipped within 7 days, be in perfect condition, and returned either unopened, or opened but  repacked and returned in the original packing and shipping materials. I require notification in advance of your returning via either email  at dianneloosfineart@cinci.rr.com or by phone at (513) 232-2122.
 
WHAT DO I DO IF MY PACKAGE ARRIVES DAMAGED?
You will need to notify us IMMEDIATELY if you receive a damaged package and we will tell you how to proceed according to your carrier's procedures. We recommend that you take a photograph of your damaged package in the event the shipper requires verification of damages.
 
What are your SHIPPING POLICIES?
SHIPPING CHARGES: Domestic shipping within U.S. and Canada will normally be via UPS 3-Day Select (unless buyer requests 2-Day Air or faster delivery).  Shipping, Insurance and Handling charges are indicated with each painting or print based on package size/weight/value and buyer's location.  Shipping costs and carrier for international buyers will be provided upon receipt of the buyer's address.
 
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY PURCHASE? For domestic shipments, we will normally ship via UPS 3-Day Select (unless buyer requests faster delivery), with normal shipping from our facility of unframed artwork within 3-4 days of your purchase. If framing is requested, additional time will be needed. You will be notified via email of your expected delivery date.
 
WILL YOU ADD INSURANCE & HANDLING FEES TO MY CHARGES?
The amount indicated for shipping the piece of art you selected already includes UPS shipping costs and our handling fee ranging from $5 for small or unframed pieces, to $10 for larger or framed pieces.
